After the title: "representing an Empty-Barrel tossed out to amuse the great Leviathan-John-Bull, in order to divert him from instantly laying violant hands upon ye new Coalition Packet Vide Swifts Preface to the Tale of a Tub." Signature in plate lower left "Js Gillray inv' & fei". 12" x 19"."

Losses to edges. tear to upper right corner of image. Evenly toned throughout. Glued at three corners to mat."
