Description

PECULIAR LYRE-LIKE AMERICAN FOLK INSTRUMENT Early 20th Century
Made from multiple woods. Pivoting central drum-form body with two f-holes. Two curved arms on each side of body with incised carvings at tops. Arms support an arch above body. Strings attached at arch and rectangular base. Length 24.25.
