YABU MEIZAN SATSUMA POTTERY PLATE Meiji Period
Depicting numerous children riding on and playing about an elephant. One child holds a scroll marked Meizan". Marked on reverse with gilt Yabu Meizan seal. Diameter 8.25" (21 cm)."

Rim repaired with gold lacquer.
