POLYCHROME SCRIMSHAW WHALE'S TOOTH Mid-19th Century
Obverse depicts a bust portrait of a seated gentleman. Elaborate foliate and geometric scrolls above portrait, and a rust red and deep blue geometric pattern below. Reverse depicts a three-quarter length portrait of a young woman wearing a rust red and blue patterned dress. Length 6.5.
