Description

ROCKINGHAM PORCELAIN TEA SERVICE English, Circa 1825
Each piece decorated with hand-painted floral bouquets surrounded by a cobalt blue and gilt border. Includes a teapot, a creamer, a waste bowl, an oval spoon rest, two square serving plates, twelve 7 plates, ten cups and twelve saucers. Some pieces with griffin factory mark."

Condition

All with light usage wear. Teapot: Crazing and light associated staining. Creamer: Professional restoration with inpainting. Saucers: Five with matrix of hairline cracks and staining. Cups: All with significant wear to enamel from stirring spoons.
