JAPANESE IMARI PORCELAIN TEMPLE-STYLE VASE Late Meiji Period
Trumpet-form rim with petal edge. Samurai and geisha in wisteria and pine landscape in one cartouche, surrounded by exotic birds in maple, flowering cherry and rockery. Various fan-form and mon-decorated cartouches on neck, and floral and jewel pendant drops about the rim. Calligraphy at base. Height 30.5. Diameter across the top 12"."

Condition

Small flake at rim. Very minor wear to decoration. No other obvious damages noted, generally good condition. .
