Description

ORIENTAL RUG: KESHAN 2'1 x 4'2"
Small central dark red and gold floral blossom is surrounded by traditional colorful flowering branches and flower vases in red, pink, light blue and gold that are arranged symmetrically around the center lines of a dark blue field. Ivory guard borders and dark red main border."

Condition

Heaviest wear to pile occurs in a band from edge to edge, approx. half way toward the center of the carpet, exposing foundation. 2 crease perpendicular to one side edge. Minor loss of guard borders.

Age: Second Quarter of the 20th Century."
