ANTI-MASONIC BROADSIDE Massachusetts, Circa 1833
Addressed to the Free Men of Bristol District" concerning candidate James L. Hodges, a Knights Templar. Exhorts readers to "vote for a man free from the shackles of Masonic Oaths". Provides text of Masonic oaths, from the Apprentice's Oath to the Oath of a Knights Templar and Knights of Malta. 19" x 11.5"."

Condition

Even light toning. Creased along fold lines, with some losses. Shows signs of repairs. Possibly backed by a very thin layer of paper to aid in repairs.
