Mr. Livermore's Statement; and Proceedings at Ipswich." Circa 1810. Provides Rep. Edward St. Loe Livermore's views of national affairs, including the Embargo and other issues leading up to the War of 1812. 18.25" x 11". 4) "The following are extracts from a Federal Circular which will be published entire, in due season ...". Dated Boston, April 19, 1811. Discusses the "dangers of the French Dominion" and the Federalist cause. 11" x 9.25". 5) "Columbian Centinel Boston ... March 20, 1814".
