General Assembly of the State of Rhode Island &c., at their Session to be holden on the Last Monday in October, 1839, the undersigned, Freemen of the town of Cumberland - Respectfully represent-". Dated Cumberland, October, 1839. Signed in print "Fenner Brown, Aaron White, Jr., and 4 others." 15.5" x 8.5". 3) "To the Freemen of R. Island." Circa 1836. Supports the elections of Robert B. Cranston and Joseph L. Tillinghast. 21.5" x 15.5"."


1) Toned, otherwise well preserved. 2) Scattered foxing. One small tear left margin. Unobtrusive creases. 3) Horizontal bands of discoloration. Creased. Small area of foxing above title.
