PUBLICATION ON 18TH CENTURY ACTS PASSED BY THE MARYLAND GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Pamphlet titled Acts Passed at Different Sessions of the General Assembly of Maryland Concerning the Navigation of the River Susquehanna, and Establishment of Havre-de-Grace, &c. And Naturalization Laws of Said State And of the United States, &c." (Baltimore: W. Pechin, 1797). Chapters I-VI and IX-X cover legislation about Havre-de-Grace and the Susquehanna through 1796, including tolls for various material conveyed along the river and extracts of laws passed in Congress. Chapters VII-VIII cover laws of naturalization in Maryland and the United States, including those eligible for citizenship and oaths of allegiance. O. Retains remnants of what appears to be its original light blue wrappers."

Condition

Front wraps nearly mostly lost, but rear wraps mostly intact. Age-typical wear, including toning, foxing, soiling, creasing, uneven edges, etc. One page with tear that extends into text. Collation not verified. Inscribed with name on title page; other ink inscriptions.
