Base mounted to a silver metal hinged box with applied stylized crest and engraved inscription Presented to Chas. Roguier By R. Richardson." Obverse with starboard portrait of a full-rigged ship with six gunports, flying a long pennant from the central mast and a British ensign off the stern. Reverse with a larboard portrait of a similar ship. Overall length including snuff box 7.25".
