Eldred's offers complete appraisal services to meet the needs of the individual, bank or attorney requiring a personal property valuation. Each appraisal includes a complete description and value each item, and, where applicable or needful, the medium, dimensions, condition, and identifying signature or symbol.

Estate appraisals provide the executor (whether it be an individual, bank officer or attorney) with an accurate record of personal property in terms of the current fair market value.
Insurance appraisals provide individuals with a detailed record of personal property based on the current replacement value.

The majority of appraisal work is executed for estate or insurance purposes with complete confidentiality assured. Each appraisal is notarized and signed by the appraiser who examined and listed the property. Many of our appraisal customers also utilize our auction services. Eldred's auctions provide ease of liquidation and favorable prices realized.

Quality Service at a Reasonable Price

Our appraisal rates our competitive. In-office appraisals and appraisal updates are prepared at a reduced rate. Verbal appraisals are available free of charge at our office.
