Returns Policy

(This applies only to catalog orders)

Eldred's will only provide refunds if a catalog is found to be defective. The defective catalog must be returned to us within 14 days. All other catalog sales are final. You will be refunded depending upon how you paid. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process and be issued.

Damages

Eldred's thoroughly inspects all merchandise before shipping it to our customers. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, you must contact us to place a damage claim within 48 hours from the time you receive the package. You may do so by either emailing us at info@eldreds.com or by telephone at 508-385-3116.

Make sure to retain the original box and all associated packing material your item was shipped in, as it is required for inspection by the shipper.

At the time you place your claim, one of our employees will give you instructions on what to do with your damaged item.

Once your claim has been handled, a replacement item will be sent to you right away.

To conform with the strict policies of UPS and the USPS, only damage claims following these guidelines will be honored.
