Sent from Karuizawa to Kyoto Library by private courier and dated from June 10, 1947, to November 18, 1947. Excerpts: June 10, 1947 - Dear Miss Baker" Undated, probably June 1947 - "Dear Miss Baker...going to Tokio on 1st July - Hokkaido" August 22, 1947 - "Dear, dear Miss Baker - paper is late as the blocks, and the work is nearly stoped (sic)..Fujii and Honda are making successive prints of the Korean ladies..." September 2, 1947 "Dear dear Baker San.." September 22, 1947 "Dear dear Baker San..sad you are gone..can you send me a copy of the list of the wood-cuts you took yesterday with you..." November 18, 1947 "Dear dear Baker San...I have 19 people living from me...please send me the list of the names of the last prints you took...""
