CIVIL WAR EAGLE MAST-HEAD DISCHARGE PAPERS FOR PRIVATE HENRY BROWN, 2ND U.S.S.S. October 1, 1863
Private Brown was part of Col. Hiram Berdan's 2nd United States Sharp Shooters, and discharged while under the command of Lt. Cummings, Company D, 2nd Regiment. Signed by U.S. Surgeon Wm . Bradley, Acting Assistant Adjutant General T.M. Anderson, and the Paymaster of the U.S. Army D. Taylor. Folded with light staining. Unframed.
