RARE AMERICAN COIN SILVER HOT WATER KETTLE ON STAND
By Jones, Ball & Poor of Boston, Massachusetts. Allover repousse floral decoration to kettle and stand. Raised floral finial. Two engraved cartouches: Presented to Samuel Hall, Esq Jan. 1851" and "For His Unwearied and Successful Efforts in Urging the Claims of East Boston to the Cochituate Water". Height including stand 14". 50.0 troy oz.
Samuel Hall was a Boston shipbuilder and heavily involved with the beginning of the China Trade."

Condition

Overall good condition, minor surface scratches, small dent near a flower to the right of the spout.
