On resistance, dimensions of ships, proportions of masts and yards and measurements for tonnage. Translated to English in 1813 by James Inman. 2.) Serres, D. and Thomas J. Liber Nauticus. Scolar Press, London, 1979. Two vols. in one. Forty-one plates, 22 flags on "Address" in Part II. Folio. Cloth. 26 pp. of text. Dj with small tear. And Instructor in the Art of Marine Drawings. A facsimile reprint of the 1805 edition with an introduction by Basil Greenhill. The components of ships and details of their construction, ornamentation and compositional elements."
