POLYCHROME SCRIMSHAW WHALE'S TOOTH DEPICTING AN ANGLO-AMERICAN NAVAL BATTLE

Both ships under fighting sail and flying their nation's flags off the stern and a long streamer from the main mast. Billowing red and black cannon smoke at the bow of the American vessel and stern of the British.
Length 6".
Condition: Base cut flat. Two age cracks extending from base into scene, both approx. .5". Age cracks on undecorated reverse, the longest approx. 2". Typical roughness at tip.
