If you are unable to attend the sale, you can submit your bids by completing our online bid form, or download the PDF version and submit it in person, by fax to 508-385-7201, or email to [email protected].
We ask you kindly submit your form at least 24 hours before the auction. We have limited phone lines and requests are honored in the order in which they are received.
For absentee bids, on the day of the auction an Eldred’s staff member will bid on your behalf, attempting to purchase the lot for you at the lowest possible price, up to the maximum you have provided.
For telephone bids, an Eldred’s staff member will call you a few minutes before your lot comes up and bid live with you over the phone, communicating to you the bidding activity in the room and relaying your bids to the auctioneer. In the event we are unable to reach you, if you have left an “emergency/disaster” bid, we will bid on your behalf up to that amount.
Please carefully review your form for accuracy of lot numbers, phone numbers, shipping information, etc. By submitting the bidding form, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
