Bonnie Garaventi’s ceramic artworks are inspired by the natural world of Cape Cod, including her ceramic sculptures of North Atlantic Right whales and Humpback whales. Working in stoneware and clay, her pieces combine both wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques. She has studied at the Acorn Gallery School of Art in Marblehead and The Clay School in Lynn, Massachusetts. The artist has generously offered 100% of proceeds as a donation to the Cahoon Museum.
