Signed on the spoke of the frame "H. Hughes & Son. Ltd." and "Made in/Gt. Britain" and further marked with catalogue and patent numbers. 9" circle with two moveable arms each fitted with tangent screws with micrometer drums moveable through the 360 degrees circle along with an additional set of arms. Original box.
Length 25.5". The box, Height 3". Length 27.75". Depth 10".
