He is a designated world master and two-time world championship ribbon winner in the Ward Foundation’s decorative decoys competition. He lives in Cotuit with his wife, Roberta, and maintains an active studio there. Kaiser prefers to carve shorebirds and waterfowl for his subjects, of which there are an abundant number to observe near his home in Cotuit and nearby shores. The artist has generously offered 100% of proceeds as a donation to the Cahoon Museum.
