16.25" x 25.5" sight. Framed 23.5" x 32.75".
Condition: Overall good condition. There is approximately 1" of margin hidden behind the mat, but the print has been laid down onto foam board. The paper has slightly toned and there are a number of minor creases across the surface from flattening. There is a 2.5 inch (check) repaired tear to the bottom left going from the lower margin, just left of the text into the print just below the bow of the small boat on the left.

    This lively scene depicts whalers at work amongst the icebergs in the choppy waters of the Davis Strait off the southwest coast of Greenland at the entrance to Baffin Bay.
