Alden Weir, Childe Hassam and John Henry Twachtman, Leonard Ochtman was a founder of the Cos Cob Art Colony, a group who gathered in the Cos Cob area of Greenwich, Connecticut. Ochtman was a leading figure in the American Impressionist movement and became one of its most visible, successful and influential figures.
Oil on canvas, 30" x 40". Framed 45" x 44".
Condition: Relined. Spots of in-painting, mostly along bottom edge and at distant tree line.
