The entries start on December 22, 1872, and end on January 7, 1876. Whale stamp. The first mate drops dead from "head disease". Some dates are skipped. The bark was condemned in San Francisco, and sailed out of there after 1878. 14" x 9". Cover as is, lower edges severely damaged from moisture or mites. [Illustrated].
