"Five Races Off Sandy Hook July 1920" along upper edge and "Resolute Won III IV & V Shamrock IV Won I & II" at lower edge. Reverse with "Resolute Syndicate" and names H. Walters, G.F. Baker, Jr., J.P. Morgan, C. Vanderbilt, E.G. Bourne, A.C. James, R.T. Crane, H.S. Vanderbilt and Payne Whitney along edge. Center of reverse with "To Victorious Resolute Crew 1914 1920" and names Robert W. Emmons 2nd, Managing Owner; Charles Francis Adams, Captain & Helmsman; George Nichols, Navigator; John Parkinson Jr., Asst. Helmsman; Geo. A. Cormack, Timekeeper. Diameter 4".
