Condition: Expertly-repaired 1" x .5" loss, lower right corner.

  • Provenance: T.W. Holburne, with his collector's stamp (Lugt 1265) verso. Notes: Sir Thomas William Holburne (England, 1793-1874) was a distinguished collector in the early part of the 18th Century. He traveled throughout Europe and amassed a collection, now housed in a museum bearing his name in Bath, Somerset, England.
