In response to the threat of COVID-19, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker issued a safer-at-home advisory to all Massachusetts residents starting May 25, 2020. Our offices are currently open by appointment only, with limited staff on site and the remainder working remotely. As always, we are available to answer questions, field consignment inquiries, process payments, etc.

CONSIGNMENT APPOINTMENTS
Our appraisal staff is happy to schedule consignment appointments at this time. In most cases, these appointments will take place outside, under a large tent, and all social distancing protocols, including wearing masks, will be followed.

AUCTION BIDDING OPTIONS AND SALE EXHIBITIONS
For early June auctions, online and absentee bids will be accepted. In-person bidding is to be determined, but may be available by reservation. To submit an absentee bid, please complete our online absentee bid form or email bids@eldreds.com or call 508-385-3116 and leave a message. *Please await confirmation from us that your bid has been received.

Because of social distancing guidelines, public exhibitions are to be determined, however, we will post numerous photos on our website and appointments for in-person viewings may be available.

 

INVOICE PAYMENT
We request all payments be made via credit card or wire/ACH transfer. (Wire/ACH payment instructions are included with invoices.)

We accept all major credit cards with domestic billing addresses for up to $5,000 of the invoice total. (Note: Credit cards associated with online bidding registration are not automatically charged and we do not have access to those card numbers.) We do not accept PayPal. SHIPPING AND MERCHANDISE PICK-UP
Please expect shipping delays for both in-house and outsourced shipping. Merchandise pick-up is available by appointment only and will take place outside the building.
